Charlie cooks Pizza
This week at his cooking class that is taught by Cara Perkins Nelson from FishBowl radio where she hosts a Cooking Show Called Healthy Now Healthy Later. Charlie has been taking these classes for the past couple weeks and I must tell you he has changed so much since he started. At the first class he did not want to try vegetables at all and on Sunday on his Pizza he added Tomatoes and Onions. Which he hates. Then he sat down and ate every bite of it. It blew us all away including the Chef from Gepetto's Pizza Truck as he has had Charlie on his truck and had him make him a Pizza before and he would not allow vegetables on it. Only Canadian Bacon and Cheese. Which the Pizza he made on Saturday did not have it had other types of meat and he did not fuss at all. It was like a different young man. So I would like to Thank Cara and her team for getting my son to eat new things. I can not wait until Christmas when she hosts her family cooking class. I think it's wonderful that Charlie learns to cook. Being his own chef seems to spark his interest in (healthy) ingredients. Good for him! Keep up the great work, Chef Charlie!
